our ministries
No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God Luke 9:62
SPIRTUAL FITNESS
Having accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we must transition believers to maturity. Each believer must understand and be able to articulate their faith. Salvation, Sanctification, Edification, Justification, Glorification.

PHYSICAL FITNESS
The body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. How we take care of it is directly tied to being Fit for the Kingdom. No matter how spiritually fit you may be, if the body is unhealthy, you cannot keep focused on the plow.
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your [b]reasonable service. Romans 12:1

FINANCIAL FITNESS
Most people think money is evil. We need to be taught correctly about money as a talent God has given. We must bring all our finances under the authority of Jesus Christ, and when He sees He has access to what He gives us, it frees Him to give us more.
When it comes to financial fitness for the church it is not only the ten percent tithe, but what do you do with the remaining ninety percent?
17 Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to trust in uncertain riches but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy. 18 Let them do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share, 19 storing up for themselves a good foundation for the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life. 1 Timothy 6: 17-19

MENTAL FITNESS
A man who is spiritually fit, physically fit, financially fit, but mentally unstable is still a bad representation of the kingdom. We must teach men how to let this mind be in them that was in Christ Jesus. As a man think, so is he. Part of the vision for mental fitness is counseling and mental health assistance through the church, which may include partnering with other non-profit agencies for services.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil;
For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. Psalms 23:4

EMOTIONAL FITNESS
A fit man is not given to anger or addictions. His emotions are ruled by the kingdom of God. Emotions out of control destroys relationships, marriages, families, churches, and communities.
